So much in one place, I wish I had taken the children as they have a playzone, food court and garden centre. Staff are friendly and helpful, and everything is clean.

Staff not very helpful,nothing on the shelves,dirty,total waste of time visiting.
When again today same thing empty shelfs and what they did have was spread all over the place,and staff need more customer service training

I love trago but im only giving one star as I wanted to note that I'm highly dissapointed in the fabric section being taken away from merthyr with no notice whatsoever! I went often to purchase the nicest fabrics at reasonable cost and the staff were amazing but getting them to close with no notice to customers or the staff is shocking I drive nearly an hour to your store at least once a month if not more to stock up it was my sole reason for travelling and then making the most of shopping in the rest of the store which I now won't do as its not worth my time travelling for myself! Higher up and CEOs need to re-evaluate this decision especially as the store is used to host "craft" markets regularly 🤦♀️ it doesn't sit well at all! The store itself is great though and the staff are always lovely but no use to me anymore when there's plenty of shops closer to me that I can shop at for the same stuff

The two coffee machines were empty and the food looked mediocre at best I left without buying anything at all very disappointing

Good bargains also has a selection of independent shops outside all good value.
Good restaurant and coffee shop
Excellent place to visit for a day out.
It has a good children's play facility.

Amazing place, huge, clean tidy shelves well stocked and staff friendly and helpful. Free parking and easy disabled parking. Toilets clean .
